Transfers Associate (Legal & Compliance)

Your key responsibilities are to deliver white glove service and honor the FSG Principles while:

  • Support the change of ownership for investor interests in client managed funds
  • Track reassignment timelines, approvals, and closing requirements to support timely completion
  • Liaise with custodians, fund administrators, and external counsel as needed
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, custodians, fund administrators, and internal stakeholders to facilitate exemplary communication
  • Assist in reviewing, monitoring, and enhancing client compliance programs to support ongoing regulatory requirements
  • Develop foundational knowledge of private equity fund structures and LP mechanics.

  • Base salary commensurate with experience and success: The annual base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $80,000
  • Quarterly bonus that offers unlimited potential growth - 1/3rd of our profits (no matter how much) are shared with our team in bonuses each quarter

We are primarily a remote work company, but some of the training for this role may be best delivered in-person leveraging client sites or local coworking locations. Our clients also ask us to provide on-site support from time-to-time. In the interview process, we can outline expectations about what, if any, in-person training or support time is expected to be required for this role.
